Measurement Mode Configuration

The MRX A2000 offers a wide range of measurement modes—including Endpoint, Kinetic, Spectrum, Well Scan, Enzyme Kinetics, and Endotoxin (optional)—enabling comprehensive analysis for ELISA, endotoxin testing, enzyme reactions, and nucleic acid and protein quantification within a single platform.
Microvolume Measurement Accessory: MVP16 (Optional)

Using the optional MVP16 (Microvolume Plate, 16-well), the MRX system enables microvolume measurements of approximately 2 µL without dilution, providing an optimized environment for nucleic acid and protein quantification.
Dedicated measurement modes are available for the MVP16 accessory:
Well Selection & Measurement Control

Individual wells can be defined to assign sample types and dilution conditions intuitively within the plate layout.
Only selected wells can be measured during setup, allowing data acquisition based on actual sample usage, thereby reducing measurement time and reagent consumption.
Plate Layout & Dilution Setup

Design complex plate layouts with ease using intuitive well assignment and color-coded visualization, allowing users to quickly define sample types such as Standard, Blank, Unknown, and Control. Flexible row and column selection, along with copy-and-paste functionality, enables rapid configuration of even the most complex plate setups with minimal effort.
Automated dilution series and sample-specific dilution settings further streamline assay preparation, ensuring consistency and reducing manual errors. By measuring only selected wells, users can optimize workflow efficiency, minimizing both measurement time and reagent consumption.
Advanced Quantification & Analysis

The MRX Series provides powerful and flexible data analysis tools, enabling users to perform accurate and reliable quantification across a wide range of applications.
Intuitive analysis workflows automatically generate results and simplify data interpretation, while built-in visualization tools help users clearly understand assay performance and trends. Dedicated analysis modes further support advanced applications such as enzyme kinetics and endotoxin testing.
